Niel Kang .This kind and caring man has carried out 2 shoulder replacements for me under the NHS. Although practises in both Addenbrookes and Spire Lea. On each occasion he listened to me and would contact me when leaving a message for him. I have recommended him to family members needing surgery. I have no hesitation to recommend this gifted man. The scaring from the surgery is hard to see as so well placed

Amazing Surgeon! Snapped my clavicle in a motorcycle accident, Neil done an amazing job only 8 weeks after Surgery I have full motion very small and very neat scar. Thankyou so much!

Mr Kang removed a lump of bone from my sons arm/arm pit area. We were originally told we would have to go to London. But Mr Kang took on the case. He was very friendly and approachable. He was able to speak to my 12 year old (who is on Autistic spectrum) very clearly and concisely and in very reassuring way. On the day of the operation my son was very nervous and unsure whether to go ahead with operation or not. Mr Kang and all of the team were very patient and understanding. The operation was successful and my son is recovering very well. We went for the check up yesterday but was seeing another doctor as Mr Kang was busy. I said I was disappointed that we couldn't see Mr Kang and that it was difficult for my son to see someone else. But Mr Kang then took the time to see us even though he was clearly very busy. Overall we are 100% happy with the care we received at Addenbrooke's Hodpital and Mr Kang.

Freindly, approachable, pleasant and calm. He has a good sense of humour; unlike some doctors, he does not patronise or give too much confusing detail. At the same time, he imparts clear information about what is wrong and what he will be able to do. When I saw him he did not appear hurried, even though I am sure he was busy. Happy to talk until I was satisfied. Good ability to manage my expectations both pre and post operation.
